I tried archiving that order that shows in the recent purchase box, and it still shows up on the front page as a recent order. If youre unable to archive an order, it could be due to a temporary glitch on Amazons end. Sometimes, a simple refresh can solve the issue. ![]() I don't want to do that, as I like the convenience of seeing the orders for reference and re-ordering. If youve archived an order but cant find it in the 'Archived Orders' section, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. The rep mentioned archiving orders, but that just hides the order from your order page. It's that front page panel that shows the actual picture of your last purchased item that's really screwing things up here for me. She knows not to go into my orders because it will just ruin surprises, and I do the same for her account. To be clear, I don't worry about the orders showing up in the orders page. I even called and asked them and an Amazon rep told me there's no way to disable that recent order panel. This can totally ruin surprises, especially around the holidays. When you go to 'your orders' it holds them from the start of your account and you can pull them up and search them.
